London’s Air Ambulance Autumn Raffle Terms and Conditions
Thank you for supporting London’s Air Ambulance.
The closing date of this raffle is 22nd November 2018 and the draw will take place on 29th November 2018. There will also an early bird draw. The closing date for the early bird draw is 5th October 2018 and the draw will take place on 12th October 2018.
Applications must be from players aged 16 years old or over. No person under this age is allowed by law to enter the London’s Air Ambulance Raffle.
Any person who has entered the London’s Air Ambulance Raffle who is under 16 years old will automatically forfeit any prize and will be excluded from future entries. If a child under 16 years old is found to have participated in a raffle after the raffle draw has taken place, then a full refund will be made to that person and any prizes that might otherwise have been due to them will not be paid out. If prizes have already been paid out, all reasonable attempts will be made to recover them.
London’s Air Ambulance reserves the right without notice or reason to cancel or refuse entry to the Raffle. London’s Air Ambulance decision on all matters affecting the draw is final and legally binding. No correspondence regarding the results of the draw will be entered into.
Complaints will be handled in line with complaints procedure found within London’s Air Ambulance Policy & Procedure. This is available online at londonsairambulance.co.uk/support-us/the-londons-air-ambulance-fundraising-promise/our-complaints-procedure
Complaints that cannot be resolved by the London’s Air Ambulance including personal attention from the Promoter will be escalated to a third party; the Fundraising Regulator.
Winners will be notified by telephone where a telephone number is available.
Winners may be invited to take part in London’s Air Ambulance PR and promotional activity.
The cost of each ticket and entry is £1.
There are no alternatives to the cash prizes and no interest is payable. Payment of prizes will be made by cheque by post or BACS transfer within 21 days.
Tickets may not be sold in the street.

London’s Air Ambulance accepts no liability for loss, theft or delay due to post or for any interest for late items. London’s Air Ambulance is not liable for any late bank payments.
London’s Air Ambulance staff and their families are excluded from playing the Raffle. Sterling employees are excluded from playing the Raffle.
No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted except for change of address.
The London’s Air Ambulance Raffle is open to residents of England, Wales and Scotland. No entrants are allowed from Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.
The London’s Air Ambulance Raffle is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
